2001 yılında Real Cam unvanı ile kurulan firma, cam esaslı dekorasyon malzemesi ile mobilya üretiminde sektöre hizmet vermeye başlamıştır. Kurumsal bir planlama süreci sonrası Firma, öncelikle ahşap ve metal üretimini kurarak Ofis Mobilya üretimi ve dekorasyon hizmeti vermiştir. RGROUP Şirketlerinin yeniden yapılanması ile birlikte tescilli markası olan "R-design" ismini almış ve grup bünyesinde markalaşmıştır. R-design bu süreç sonrası ofis mobilya üretiminin yanında, anahtar teslimi proje hizmetini vermeye başlamış, yönetim ofisleri, mağaza tasarımı, fuar stant tasarım ve uygulama yaparak büyüme sürecini hızlandırmıştır. Tasarım gücünü ve deneyimini sektörün son trendleri ile birleştiren R-design , ‘’sınırsız müşteri memnuniyeti’’ ilkesini benimseyerek sektörde haklı bir yer edinmiştir.
